Is every store item available online?
No. Physical-store and online availability may differ. An item is available to order online only when its product page shows a current price, condition details, and an active purchase option.
Are products new or used?
The assortment may include new, used, vintage, collectible, and previously owned goods. The product page identifies the applicable condition and item-specific details.
Are coins or collectibles guaranteed to increase in value?
No. Products are sold as merchandise, not as financial or investment advice. Any grade, authenticity, provenance, material, or certification claim must be stated on that specific product page.
Orders and shipping
How long does processing take?
Most eligible online orders are prepared within 2–7 business days. Product-specific notices can replace this estimate.
How long does delivery take?
For supported United States destinations, standard carrier transit is commonly estimated at 5–12 business days after processing. Estimates are not guarantees.
How much is shipping?
Available services and charges are displayed before payment. A shipping method is available only when it appears at checkout for the destination and products in the cart.
Changes, returns, and refunds
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may be available only before processing, packing, or shipment begins and is not approved until confirmed in writing.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
No. Coins, collectibles, vintage goods, used goods, and final-sale items are not accepted for change-of-mind returns. Contact us within 15 days after delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from its product description.
When will an approved refund appear?
After approval and any required return inspection, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions commonly require 5–10 business days to post it.
